David,
I'm having the same problem under similiar configuration. I just bought a
Dell 1Ghz, 256Mb of 133MHz SDRAM machine and transfered over Dreamweaver
from my old machine. My Dreamweaver/IE 5.5 browser hasn't worked since and
it worked fine on my old 333Mhz, 128Mb piece of crap. Go figure. Must be
something in the interface.
