EMERGENCY, We need help

Hello everyone.
My name is Christopher Sims, and I am a Student Webmaster that is working
with a small team of students on a web page that we need to have done
tommorow. The page we have created is designed to teach electronics, and so
far we have done a good bit. But we need a way that our users can come
online, and submit electronics projects to a database. This is one of those
last minute edits that could really help our site become truly awesome, is
there a cgi script availible that can do this? I will try to work with
Selena Sol's database script and see waht I can do with that, but I dont
know that much about it. we would need some way for them to be able to
upload a picture of the schematic if possible, can anyone help?
