I use Fireworks 3.0 and would recommend it very highly if you are looking
for web graphics. It is primarily designed for the web so if you are after
print quality then other programs may be preferable.

I also have PSP 6 and like it a lot. Many improvements over version 5. I
haven't too many web links but can recommend the book "Teach Yourself Paint
Shop Pro 6 in 24 Hours" by T. Michael Clark (ISBN 0-672-31720-6).
