Seeking inexpensive drawing software

Hi,

Does anyone know of drawing software for the PC which works like
Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw or Canvas, but which is less expensive
($100 or less)?  All I need (at first) is to be able to use my logo that I
created on a friend's Mac in Freehand.
