Hi,
While looking through the Adobe site I found Iceni (at
http://www.iceni.com/ ) has a PDF extraction tool called Gemini that
converts PDF files, here is what they say about it: "Extract text and images
in a variety of useful formats including HTML, RTF, TIFF & JPEG. Transform
tables into SYLK, RTF or HTML. One click exports an entire document."
