My last employer has purchased Illuminatus 4.5 by Digital Workshop (is it
the same??) and produced their website on it -

Look at the source code, and you'll see a comment at the top "Please use
Internet Explorer 4 or above to view this page correctly" - I think
because it makes extensive use of CSS positioning and the IE DOM (but I
may be wrong   ;-).  So try viewing the page in Netscape 3 -  eek!  it
hasn't even commented out the CSS, and throws up JS errors.

Plus, try looking at the site in IE4/5 at 800x600 (I think the designer
has their monitor set up on 1024x768).  See the acres of white space on
the front page, and yet there's still a horizontal scrollbar?  Ridiculous.

As to what product you'd compare it to, I wouldn't like to say.  I think
you produce the page in a WYSIWYG environment.
