Monitoring content change

Hi All,

Anyone know of either a program I can install on my server or a website that
will monitor a web page and send me an email when the content changes?  I
know they exist but have had no luck in locating one.  I've also seen plenty
that monitor if a site goes down, but I just need to know when a page gets
updated.

TIA (I'm on digest, so a cc would be much appreciated).
