Midi to wav or mp3 converter

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a simple, low cost converter from midi to just about any
other type of files? I want wav to use with Flash, but have converters to
wav from almost anything else. I tried dowloading the trial version of Audio
Compositor, but it does not seem to work.

Any help much appreciated.
