To my knowledge, I haven't seen this feature in an HTML Editor, and I've
tried quite a few including a few "offbeat" ones. However, I have seen this
feature in a graphics program "Polyview". Try http://www.polybytes.com/  for
the latest version. Pretty good graphics program for just a few "bucks"
($$$).
