Hi:
I understand budgets and low spending limits. <smile> I have been using
PSP4, "Splash Image Mapper", "Smart Saver Pro", and "GIF Movie Gear" for
quite a while and am very pleased .. and so are my clients.
These programs are SUPER affordable and highly effective with a low learning
curve.
PSP4 has outstanding tutorials online as well.
If you need specific assistance with anything just holler. :o)
