Why is FTP not an option???
Most ISP's support that as the only protocol for personal pages.

Hi,
I'm looking for software to upload documents to a server via HTTP. FTP
is not a solution, because the server is from an ISP. It must be
possible to protect directory with passwords.
It would be nice too be able to specify read or write permissions.
