IEAK wizrad problem

I am trying to use IEAK ( internet administration kit) wizard.The
problem occurred when I reached to "company name and customization code" in 
stage1. I put the company name and customization code that I
had from Microsoft. The third button "Corporate Administrator"
stays disabled.

I don't understand the reason for that.
I need to enable this button.
