I found the software very easy to use - especially the creation of
navigation and site design.

But the number one thing Net Objects has over the competition in my opinion
is user support.  From the time I downloaded it - I had contact with a
person via email who was available (even on the weekend) to answer my
questions.  He even suggested some actions to take when I had a disk space
problem.  When I posted a trial site using the demo product - this person
reviewed it and made some constructive suggestions.

Excellent customer service!
