Anyone used Classy Ads

Howdy!:

Any one use a classified ad product called Classy Ads?

I downloaded it and didn't track where it came from. The self 
extracting file is classy.exe. It unpacks a few asp files. 

When I extracted the files, a folder and file was not there. I need to 
contact the creator of the scripts to see if I can get the files.

Any help would be appreciated. Searches for Classy Ads, 
classified ad scripts, ad scripts, etc. all came up void.
