I'm running Apache on Win2K and it took me all of 10min to install 
and setup.  It took another 15min to get CF Server 4.5 running and 
that was because it's a longer install.  I had one change to make to 
the httpd.conf file so Apache would run CF Server and then one 
more change to the default location for web documents to point my 
development directory on another drive.  Both Servers are running 
as a service.  I suspect, however, if you're not comfortable with 
Server OSs or the Win2K OS, it may take a wee bit longer.  But 
really, there is a ton of good info out there for accomplishing this 
install. Need specific locations for the info? Drop me a note off list.
