Formmail formating

My client has Matt's FormMail script running to handle a form that 
she uses on her web site. When she prints out the email that 
contains the form information, it prints on two pages.  All the 
information could easily fit in a double column layout and save her 
the additional page (even if the font could be changed smaller, it 
would save her the additional paper).

I there a way to adjust Matt's FormMail script so that you can 
control the way it prints out the information from the email?
