software to create Web site usage reports

I am experiencing challenges (and frustrations) in obtaining usage reports
for my company's Web site and am looking for advice.  Do any of you have
recommendations for PC-based products?

Any of the products I've tried seem to crash or produce inaccurate results.
Is there a Web-based reporting service?
