We're almost to the point of making a decision on purchasing but the cost is
definitely an issue.  We also don't want to be left hanging with no or
little technical support plus useless software - as happened with WebManage
/ Internet Appliance.

I have evaluated Webtrends package with a couple of wrinkles as in, it did
not resolve DNS properly. It comes at $1,200 US plus other sw in the bundle
- that we may not even use.

Just a while ago, I came across and ad for another package.  Have any of you
heard of or used Funnel Web Analyzer by Quest software?
