Hello, Jim and thank you for responding.  I did indeed check out Analog.  I
was exchanging pleasantries with Stephen Turner via Email and even
downloaded it back in July. Apparently, he had visited two of my home towns
here in Ontario, Canada!  Small world.  

Tried to get it working - with no success.  I lost patience after a few
attempts.  It could be the nut behind the wheel. Obviously.  I'll give it
one last shot before committing to the spending of hundreds of dollars. I
see he lists companies for commercial support.  

Sometimes the investment in software to be more preferable to my precious
time - and I say that without being arrogant. I wear many hats.  Apparently
one should wear a hard hat if applying the services of Fred the Rock.

		My goodness what a staggering price. Analog is free and does
95% of what
		that one does. It doesn't track individual users, but most
of what the
		sample reports at qwest.com cover are spiders anyway. :)

		Sure it's alive. Hardware was seriously cranky due to new
