Thanks for the suggestion. I looked into that, but PDF has several 
drawbacks for us:

*  It isn't as easy to search for and locate specific information.

*  The newsletter pages are 11-1/2 by 15, and would require too much 
scrolling.

*   I want links between articles in one issue and related articles in 
previous issues. I also want links to somewhere else on the web altogether. 
And I would like to to edit them if the target URL changes.

*  I want to include links reader can select to email a specific article.
