Hi all,
Can anyone give me some suggestions for bandwidth throttling software?

To make it clear, I'm to trying to limit the bandwidth accessing a server,
but the bandwidth my networked PC has to connect to the rest of the world.

Strange thing to do I know, but I could really do with some software sat on
my PC which actually bottlenecks data coming in/out to 28.8/56.6/etc Kbps

Many of the development servers I'm trying to speed test are not accessible
from outside the company network so a normal dial-up modem isn't very
practical.  I DO want to see how fast (or not) my pages load for dial-up
users.
