Any >ideas? WS_FTP has earned a reputation over many years for being robust, tolerant of the quirks of a wide range of FTP servers, and very usable. It is available (shareware) from the usual suspects, such as Tucows (http://www.tucows.com). BTW, Windows (NT, my understanding is 9x, and 3.x with wolverine) includes an FTP client application (named ftp). It is a reasonably good emulation of the classic UNIX shell ftp client. Perhaps not as robust (as UNIX), but quite usable. Perhaps, the best example, certainly the best from Microsoft, of how _not_ to write a Windows application (per _their_ guidelines).
