Hello everyone, this is my first post on the list...and  I really hope you
can help...

You see I'm a graphic designer who only knows html...but now the company I
work for wants me to set up this complicated web-site...So, any
suggestions, help would be greatly appreciated!

We need "one program" or  "a combination of program" to meet the following
needs;

1. Allow users to sign-on using a form on the site and keep the data on a
database
2. After signing-up automatically email a password and a username
3. Be able to select a category from the database and  create a mailing
list from it
4. Be able to print labels from the database by category

And is there a way to manage html files as the content of a database?
