Forcing AOL to reload

Hi,
Transferred a clients website to a new server this week (Monday). The
transfer is complete but the client is using AOL which continues to pull up
the site on the old server. I've deleted the index so all he's getting is a
directory.  AOL won't pull up the new site for him.

I gave him the new IP address to try instead of using his domain name but
he says that's not working, which I thought should work.  I haven't used
AOL in years and don't have access to it at the moment but someone else I
know using AOL says it's coming up just fine for him.

Anyone have any suggestions? (Client isn't too knowledgeable about all this.)
