rollover/dhtml issue

Hello,

I have the following dhtml that fades in text on a layer when the user
mouses over a graphic link at the top of the page. I would like to combine
this with an image swap rollover effect but when I do so, the dhtml fade in
effect stops working, however the image swap rollover works fine. Sample
