Has anyone considered embedding the fonts? Microsoft has a free program you
can download that will embed fonts. It works similar to a cookie I guess.
What it does is temporarily download the embedded font to the users system
when they view the page. When they leave the page the font is removed from
their system.

I used this program for my last web page. It was a Bigfoot page and I wanted
to use a creepy looking font. I found a font named x-files and embedded it
on my page. Check out my site to see what I mean. ps. it's best to use IE5.5
or higher or Netscape 6 because of the css I'm using. Check it out and let
me know what you think:

If you're interested, here's the link to the program. It's called Weft. It's
very simple to set up and use. They even have a tutorial on there to show
you how to use it.

Hope this helps,
