Hello, just joined the list today.  `Bout time I say!

It could be because you are not using a .CSS extension on the filename.
I use DW and it works fine with .CSS    Copy the file over to .CSS and
see if that works.  If it does, and you are using .ASP because the
website is dynamic, you will just have to remember to rename it later.

Another alternative is to include the style sheet inside the webpage
but I much more prefer using one external stylesheet because I can
change the whole look of a website by editing one file.
