Mystery Space????

This is NBD (no big deal)  but my curiosity is piqued.  The page is a no =
brainer, simple color chart to help people with websafe pallette color =
codes.  The HTML validates fine. CSS use is minimal. =20

The heading for the first table sits right on top of the table - =
perfect!!!  The mystery is the heading for the second table.  There is a =
large white space before the table starts.  The code for both heads is =
identical followed by the identical code to start the tables.=20

This is a complete mystery!!!!  Anyone see something I am missing??  I =
find this interesting for future mental reference.
