Netscrap, as you so APPROPRIATELY call it, does NOT support the A:Hover
psuedoclass. Bummer, huh?
On a side note, and having absolutely NOTHING to do with CSS, but EVERYTHING
to do with Netscrap, I've also learned, much to my dismay, that Netscrap
only ESTIMATES the sizes of frames, using percentages of window size to
display them, even if the frames are set to specific pixel-sizes. Figures!
