Vickie ... you are calling your links by the wrong name.
It should read as follows:

<style type="text/css">
<!--
a:link { text-decoration: none; color: #0000CC }
a:visited { text-decoration: none; color: #663366 }
a:active { text-decoration: none; color: #FF0000 }
a:hover { text-decoration: underline; color: #FF0000 }
-->
</style>

I don't think it makes a difference, though I prefer to put the <style>
tag before any <script> tags.

Correct the wording of your links and it will work.
