Lists in IE 5

I have:

Used TopStyle to prototype the style sheet.
Followed the reccomendations at MSDN.
Banged my head against the wall so that now there is a permanent dent and I
am experiences memory lapses.

I can not get list's to render using CSS!!!!!!!

Works great in Netscape 6.

Help!!!!!!!!!!
