CSS issue Netscape 7.02

Hello,

For this site:

http://www.firstit.com the homepage loads ok 50/50 in Netscape 7.02. When
you return to the home page from another page within the site, it shifts
content around. Any idea why? It seems to have issues when the whole page
isn't allowed to load before going to another page. It works in IE and
Netscape 7.1 no prob.
