I don't really have the answer... well actually I do now that another
person has posted it but I would like to recommend that you try
out TopStyle.
I tried out TopStyle Lite because it came with HomeSite 4.5 and
was intrigued by it so I tried out the full TopStyle... very very
nice I would suggest to everyone who hasn't had a look at it
to go here:

There is a Lite version of course for free and a non-expiring limited version
of the full program.
