I find that happens if I already have the page loaded in Netscape, make a
change to that page, save it, then reload it right away. (I do this local
while making the pages to check how the page looks in Netscape).

I've never had it happen "live" on my site, though. I suppose if someone was
viewing your page in Netscape at the exact time you were uploading a new
version, and then they hit reload, that this would happen. But it seems like
a pretty slim chance.

I am having problems with my style sheet displaying in Netscape browser.
(Netscape is our organization standard right now). Each time I open the
browser anew and load a page that calls one of the style sheets, it does
not display the styles, but shows code. If I hit reload, the style
sheets then display properly and continue to display properly until the
next time I open the browser (and this is not even consistent). Can
anyone tell me what is going on and how to solve it?
