I'm having a real nightmare trying to get the @font-face rule working in
some HTML.
I've designed a page using some specialist fonts, and in order to get
away from the horrible "You need these fonts, click here to download"
I've been trying to get them into a style sheet.
I've uploaded the '.ttf' files to the server in a subdirectory called
'fonts' and include the two variations on the syntax that I've tried.
Neither of these actually pick up the specialist font unless it is
installed on the local machine.
I'm desperate to get this working and have been scouring the newsgroups
and the Guild FAQ's to try and find out what I'm doing wrong. 
If I can't get this fixed I'll have to resort to making my text into a
'.gif' and displaying it on the page as a graphic. Help me please...

ways I'll be so grateful.
