   You have a number of errors in your stylesheet which may (or may not) be
causing or contributing to the problem.  The most obvious one is that you've
quoted every keyword, which should not be done.  I would recommend that you
run your stylesheet through the Web Design Group's CSS validator at
<URL:http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/csscheck/>.
    You should probably also run your HTML through the HTML validator offered
at the same site.  Once you've eliminated any errors from both HTML and CSS,
if the problem still persists then at least you know it isn't due to a syntax
error on your part.  It also makes it easier for you (or other people) to
isolate the problem and offer ideas for correction.
