I think this may have been a hiccup.  I tried accessing grandane.com 
and got the Crown Web Design home page, which is what I believe the 
ISP has set grandane.com to point to.  NN 7, IE 6 and Opera 6.05 all 
display with no trouble.  The layout is consistent for all browsers.

Now this is a PROBLEM.  If the tech support folks at your ISP are so 
unfamiliar with current web technology that they gave you this kind of 
answer, I think I'd be looking for a new ISP.  JMHO.
