Style Sheets

I really like the way ESPN utilizes CSS on its NFL Spotlight section with
the different tabs at the following URL http://espn.go.com/nfl/. I haven't
worked much with Style Sheets. Can someone point me to some resources that
can get me up to speed quickly on how to do this type of thing.
