FW: Nav bar on a cgi links page

I hope someone can help me. I am trying to install a nav bar on my forum and
links page.
The links page is pretty much in tact other than the nav bar, if someone
could take a look at it and tell me why I keep getting the errors "nav bar
is undefined" and "object expected". I would really appreciate.

Oh in case you're wondering I have loaded the navcond.js file to the  same
directory.
