You want a technique called "Databinding."  Microsoft has documentation,
sorry but my address is at work.  MS is a pain to navigate...maybe someone
has this or a better link. If not, I will post the link tomorrow.

Hi Everyone:

I would like to be able to "populate" an HTML table with the (selected)
contents of an Excel spreadsheet or delimited file of some kind.

Any suggestions on a simple way to do this (don't have the means on my
server to mess with SQL queries etc - I just want the contents of one cell
in the spreadsheet to go into a cell on an HTML table)?
