This would make it clear why DreamWeaver 4 displays ALL of the pages in
the GUI editing mode... I was wondering why it was doing that.

that makes sense...
so it could make for a really slow site because all the include files
would
be "opened" and included, even though they don't necessarily get sent to
the
browser. definitely something to consider.
