rotating text 90 degrees counter clockwise?

Is there a way to do this?

The way it would be used is in an online reporting app where there are
several columns of data and the column names are quite long (descriptive for
the end user) and the page wants to scroll sideways.  If we can rotate the
column headers then that issue would go away.  The column names will be
modified and new columns will be added depending on the circumstances so we
are pulling the column header's from the database.
