NEW DHTML Menu

Ok I decided to just upgrade my old menu, I read all the comments and
looks like this is supposed to work in all of the browsers. But has some
z-axis trouble. Well I fixed that problem in the last one so I think I
can work that out. If you could please tell me if this is Working now in
all browsers now that I've edited it, It'd be greatly appreciated.
