Subject: what lanquage is this???

Can someone give me an idea of what language this is so I can see if I can
find a translator to see what they are saying? They are discussing a file
that we have on one of our systems, and I need to find out what they have to
say about it.

Did a search on google and this was the ONLY site I found that mentions it.
The file is winkrl.exe
