Looks to me like it's scrolling the main page till it hits the iframe
code, then scrolls through that, then jumps back to the main page code.

I have the following page that contains an IFRAME.

When I access this page in IE 6 or Mozilla 1.4 under WinXP SP1, the page
periodically scrolls to the location of the IFRAME and not the top of
the
page. This does not happen in Opera 7.1 or NS 7.01. It's probably
obvious, but I cannot see what is causing the behavior.
