Need to create a guestbook and I can't use a script

One of my clients has requested a that I add a guestbook to their site and
their site host does not permit the use of scripts.  They do however support
FrontPage Server Extensions.  I have never used these, don't know a thing
about them.  I do however, own FrontPage2000.  It came with my Office
Premium.  I've never used it.  Can anyone point me to a place to start my
education or suggest a non-Microsoft way around this?
