Hello Bob,
If you're on a Windows machine, you can simply hit "Print Screen" on the
keyboard, and then go into your favourite graphics program, create a new
image and choose paste.
I'm sure someone will be able to tell you the equivalent shortcut on Mac, if
you need it.
