Problems with Preload

Hi:

Can anybody check http://www.hombredehoy.net/index1.html and tell me why =
I can=E2=80=99t preload the buttons from the menu in Internet Explorer =
please? If I enter to the site with Netscape or Opera I can preload =
them, but in IE I can=E2=80=99t=E2=80=A6 can anybody help me =E2=98=BA
