That's the problem I have.  Self-promotion is against the rules, but
everyone else can promote my competitors all they want.  How fair is =
that?=20

Carried to its extreme, that means that the only recommendations that =
can be
made are for companies not represented on this list.  I'd say the fair =
way
to do it would be the exact opposite.  It ought to be that the only
companies that can be recommended should be the ones that take part and
support the list.
