Tables, Netscape and IE..

Hi all...

I can't figure out what I am doing wrong here. I am working on a site,
trying to get nested tables to display correctly. The link below will show
what I mean. The test page works and shows correctly in IE but looks
terrible in NN. Can anyone take a look and help me figure out where I am
making my mistakes.
